When commissioning me, you agree to ALL terms listed below:
I have the right to refuse any customer for any reason.
Payments will only be taken through Paypal invoice.
Payment is only taken upfront and in FULL.
Pricing is subject to change based on complexity.
If a commission is completed, a refund will NOT be issued under any circumstances.
As the artist, I may:
Issue a refund due to inappropriate behavior.
Issue a refund due to a lack of communication.
Use any completed commission work as advertising material on my social media.
As the commissioner, YOU:
May repost the commissioned work.
May edit the work for personal use.
May NOT be printed for the purpose of selling the copies unless explicit permission has been given.
May NOT claim the art as your own.
